Meet the Officers!
The Officers of UGA's Ballroom Social and Dance Club are dedicated to provide you with the best experience possible. They are experienced in both dancing and leadership. If you're at a lesson and have a question about anything, whether it be how to do a certain move, constructive criticism on your form, or anything else, just pull one of these guys aside! They will be glad to assist you.

Nash
Carroll
President
Nash is the President of the Ballroom Dance Club and Vice President of the Ballroom Performance Group at UGA, where he leads initiatives to grow the campus dance community and showcase high-level performances. He first discovered his passion for partner dancing in his junior year of undergrad, quickly immersing himself in the art form and developing a particular love for Latin styles. Today, he teaches bachata and salsa with Unstrictly Ballroom at DanceFX, sharing his expertise with dancers of all skill levels and fostering an encouraging, creative learning environment.
Alongside his dance leadership and teaching, Nash is pursuing a Master’s in Computer Science and works with immersive technology at the UGA College of Pharmacy. In this role, he helps integrate virtual and augmented reality into the classroom, combining technical innovation with a commitment to impactful, hands-on learning experiences.
Casia
Siegel
Vice President

Casia is currently the Vice President of BDC, and the President of BPG. She is currently in her fourth year of her PhD in mathematics. Dance has become her favorite (all-consuming) hobby, and she absolutely loves getting involved with the community and encouraging everyone she meets to come ballroom dance. When not doing math or practicing choreo, she spends her free time playing bridge at the mall, planning next year's Halloween party, ignoring her caffeine addiction, petting her adorable cats, and dodging her students downtown.

Julia
Tuttle
Secretary
Julia Tuttle is a senior exercise and sport science major with a minor in dance. She has been dancing since she was three years old, and has trained in ballet, jazz, contemporary, and ballroom. Currently, she is serving as Costume Chair in BPG and as Secretary of Ballroom Dance Club. When she can’t be found in the dance building, she could be found at a JIttery Joes, in the ELS office, or studying anywhere with sunlight.
